Well, this is my second year writing and it’s been an eventful year of storytelling. I achieved my goal of publishing my first novella, thanks to Eerie River Publishing and so much more to boot. So, here’s a summary of my twenty-twenty-one word rangling efforts

Back at the start of the year, I entered Kent Shawn’s yearly fun, Short Story of Doom competition, fished in by the brilliant promotional video, and the insanely tongue-twisting full title of the competition. Damned Dwelling from Black Hare Press is my first foray into writing what’s effectively an audio drama.
I’m thrilled to be part of the live launch event for Eerie River’s Publishing’s new anthology It Calls from the Sea. On May 22nd I’ll be chatting about my story Brief Encounter. It’s been a little while since I’ve updated the blog. The good news is it’s because I’ve had my head down writing. Twenty-twenty-one has presented a number of new opportunities that will influencing my writing for the rest of the year.
A little over a year ago I decided to focus on getting my stories into print. I started by submitting a couple of drabbles to an open call anthology called Forgotten Ones from Eerie River Publishing. A year later I’ve been lucky enough to have dozens of stories accepted for publication and I’ve written up a summary of my year writing.
